(HENDERSON, NV, October 3, 2008) – St. Rose Dominican Hospitals has entered into an agreement to acquire Nevada Imaging Centers in partnership with the physicians of Lake Mead Radiology, Drs. William Orrison, Dean Yarbro, Keith Lewis and Patrick Boland.
Nevada Imaging Centers has five locations throughout the greater Las Vegas market including Peccole Ranch, Galleria, Spring Valley (Cardiovascular Imaging Center), Open MRI and Siena. The company will continue to operate under the name Nevada Imaging Centers and all five locations will become part of the new company.
