St. Rose Dominican Hospitals' Community Wellness programs exist to improve the quality of life for those in communities throughout Henderson and the Las Vegas valley. The programs enable individuals and groups of all ages to participate in responsible health care behaviors through the delivery of direct, accessible, free/low cost health screenings and education. They establish community partnerships and provide advocacy, referrals and resources in the communities served by St. Rose Dominican Hospitals.
Community Wellness establishes partnerships with organizations such as churches, schools, recreation and senior centers, residential housing programs, etc. in order to provide health and wellness presentations, workshops, flu shot clinics, health fairs, health screenings and wellness information to the public at convenient locations throughout the community.
